HOW TO RETURN ONLINE PURCHASES
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, online orders can be returned at Vida Moulin (at the address below) in Phoenix, AZ. International customers are liable for customs fees, duties, or tariffs that may incur during the shipping process.
Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning the product) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.

Refunds Processing Time
If your package arrives at Bon Bon Returns Department within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Bon Bon.
If any products do not meet our return eligibility requirements, you will be contacted, at the email you provided at the time of purchase, and the non-eligible products will be returned to you immediately at your expense. In such an event, no refund or store credit will be offered.
We do not offer exchanges (unless the product is damaged), customers must purchase the alternative size or color they would prefer on the Site and return the original product.
We are not liable for missing packages once tracking provides confirmation of delivery to the provided address.
We are unable to make any adjustments to orders or apply any discounts after an order has been shipped.
Only one promotional discount code can be applied to an order at any time. If there is a misapplication of promotional discounts, Bon Bon may adjust the order amount or cancel the order.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards purchased or received through store credit are valid for 3 years from creation. Gift cards if lost, stolen must be able to be verified with an account name and number to be recovered.
